gluttonish & firehorse, I have bought all the main electrical items & funitures. my aircon was the first thing installed before reno. I am still looking for a suitable dining table which I am short of.

Dezer, I took the flooring option so cannot run the wiring thru the floor tiles. My electrician did the extension from one of the bedroom tv point instead. If u have false ceiling can also conceal the wirings.

Firehorse, i tot about it but yet to find a good solution. I also tot of removing the point but decided juz to leave it alone. I may juz try to cover the points with some syrofoam/soft material and den make shift when my sofa comes.

hi dezer & firehorse, my new place also at sembawang green. We have shifted our tv/cable point to the other side of the wall to create space for our Lshape sofa.
