sushibabe, u buy a cheap lock like wat jacky777 had mentioned use tat padlock to lock the main gate as there would be a slot for u to lock e gate. Do not lock the main gate and the main wooden door if not they cannot go in... Juz close the main wooden door but do not lock it. Do get the form from the HDB ppl on the day of key collections and submit the form to TPY Branch Office at Blk 190 4th floor togther with ur padlock key Normally the cement screeding ppl will give u a call when they would be bringing up e sand. They will bring the sand up first then a few days later they will do the cement screeding The main motive is they muz not have our house keys !! I did not overlay my kitchen floor tiles cos I still can take it My overlay cost for both toilets is <$3k Hahaa yah lor...dun buy too expensive if not will heart pain if I dun use it often... Ok lah is quite average but I am spending a bomb on my furnishing n electrical appliances

I am going to install gas heater too but I ask the person at Citigas is becos due to our long pipes from kitchen to bathroom there would be some balance of cold water in the piping, once u start to switch on the gas heater, it wouls take a while for the cold water to flow out then follow by hot water This is the same for storage heater too i assume ...

Looking at the whole TPY map, there are only 4 ways of entering and leaving TPY 1. Exit from CTE Bradell to enter TPY 2. From Bishan , AMK , Lornie Rd enter TPY by the high flyover 3. From PIE exit coming from east side of SG 4. From PIE exit coming from west side of SG Basically TPY residents only have 4 routes of entering and leaving TPY estate. By setting ERP gantry isNOT fair to us... I am already cursing and swearing when they started to have ERP charges on CTE until 10.30pm. U have to call the loan dept cos the officer that is listed on the website won't know whether the loan dept have received or processed the loan letter application. The loan dept number is 64903950. Anyway I call them last Wed, they say they will get back to me...take down my hp but yet never call.. Then my key collection date is up on Fri The status is updated with my key collection date...that is the final status I think I am quite lucky cos my OIC is around around when I call him. And he is quite patient lor.. Maybe you can blast him with sms like what Yel did... Thks Mable... Anyway for the signature thing...
