they love to pm here pm there. so are contractors trying to get clients the just pm you and pass you contacts to call. oh ya you heard the story of "ah soon" i nearly sign up with him also. he was cheaper then CLC by 4k. but my wife stop me saying she not comfortable with him. lucky me.that ah soon got so much supporters because he is cheaper, but end up rolling in all the money then run with unfinish jobs. that is the things i am very scare of. but many others still think that they can get good things at a price so low. you cant own a posh by paying honda price. why people just dont get it. my advice if you dont feel comfortable with the designer, give them up no matter how low the prices are. if you pay peanuts please blame no one if you get monkeys in return. very sad that so many people still cant seems to understand it. or maybe we are the lucky ones thats why i feel this way i am not sure. Just my 2 cents advice please dont be offended!!! Do correct me if i am wrong.

keke jl, mine is a new place, if yours resale, then you have to pay more. resale always very expensive to renovate. if you really want to make the whole house nice then a bomb is expected. its better that you get them help you out to see how to cut the renovation cost and also to advice you more what are the needs. they do give you many pro and cons. but at the end its really up to you to chose. my exp is that i pay maybe abit more at the start, but a better returns. heard before many bad things about signing at low price, at the end getting really low end jobs. thats why i took chance with CLC and was happy that at the end i really got a better returns. and for all you know, they are not even expensive. i find their price cheaper then most id but its clear that in the contract they giove black and white on the items they giving. they given me a quote of 24k at the start then at the end of the job its 25k. which is very close, better then some stories i heard. unless you add lots of items other then that ,they have totally no hidden cost. afterall we are really comfortable with them. And are happy to have them as our designer.

they are strong in this service. but they are short of manpower to service more clients. at least we are the lucky ones to have them as our designer. no big headache to worry.

Lucia, you are so wrong about them STILL being small scale. when i was on the way to work few days back i saw their company lorry(now even got lorry already). they also did check up on me for defects. you gave them so much jobs already sure they must curry you more (kidding).i have not help them promote yet. maybe soon, 1 of my friend will be getting keys in march. so i ask them check out with jeremy. this website used to be a must but after ther reno is finish, never want to log in again. i already got what i want ........ *we shall see if a year later will they still be so good to call us for defects.* (Don think too much)

Happy new year all, i am not so sure about you but i prefer to meet up first rather then having them to send me quotation when i have no clue what they are really offering and how the design works. i was then on a tight budget when i met up with them. we sit down and went thru many options to find way to cut cost. we took them up its because we are impress with the time they willing to spend on us. for most ids we went to, they just give use discount on what they are offering rather then really spend time to change the design and floor plans to meet our budget. thru them we learn more of what we can really do with our home at the budget we have got. End up with our love nest ready. but again everyone is different so just see which way suits you the best.

hi lucia it has been a long while. i have already stay in my new place for awhile. me thinking of doing up the other 2 rooms of mine, do u happen to still have the quote with u, i need to check the cost of the study table. will i be more expensive to do little things. tat time while doing my reno, tok of cutting cost so totally forgotten about the study room. wish to know the price esti b4 call them haha.

the reno of my house is halfway done up. untill today, i am still very please with my id. everything is smooth with no BIG troubles. they really prove that they can do their jobs. i am very happy to have them as my id. i am more then happy to sell them to anyone that wish to renovate their homes. after so many months of looking around for ids and quote, iam glad that everything is going to end soon. its a milestone in my life and a happy exp with my id. renovation can be a big headache at the same time it can be very fun too. just treat it a game which we cant lose. i learn alot thru this times. i come to understand that everyone no matter the buyer or seller, everyone just wants a happy ending. i also hope that the rest of the seller can understand that we the buyer are paying good money and just hopes that we are able to live up our pride in have a good id. sometimes we buyer may be abit greedy but please understand that we just want to get a good offer. as the buyer we can also understand that u seller just want to make a living. there are so many of you out there with hidden cost but think about it if we cant pay means cant pay. i respect my id its because he will try his very best to meet my budget, even my budget is very low, he dun just go hidding all the cost to cheat me in signing. he came up front to me and tell me that all this is a must and he dun like have hidden cost. so at least in this way, i can start to plan on what is a must and what i can live without. we buyer also should not just look at the price and totally forgot what is in between the lines. i can totally see and understand how hard it is to be an id. but trust me its harder to to a buyer without know anything about renovation cost, theres too many different quotes out there. i hope that all others can be as lucky and as happy as i am to own a miles stone in my life. wooo, i like your design... very nice.my house still needs to takes 2 weeks before they can handover to me. i must also ask the about the free feature wall. they didnt mention anything about it to me. is it useing just leftover materials? do they also add some others materials? Overall i rate them 9/10 totally no big troubles to begin with. i will not need to twice before reco to others.

hi i also on a 15k budget for my new flat. im sure condo 15k should be more then enough . cause kitchen and wardrobes are all done up. i am looking forward to get a quote that i can live with it. now i still in the mist of a price war with my id. i mostly using him but still i wish to have a better price . the things he give is ok ex: inside all cabinets is coloured not white. / all cabinets come with anti slam doors. and the best part its giving me normal like most of the ids outside. red bull, i think is better not to renovate in seven month unless you are in a great rush. 1 way to counter this is to have your id to take a hammer to hit all edges of your house first and u also have to put red packet and some beans at all edges with a small amount of money in it like 1 dollar. that is to bless a smooth renovation and to add the luck of home owner staying in it. i will be renovating on seven month too. its is a must for me no time to waste already. this info is given to me by my FS master. you can try it no harm. so when will your renovation kicks off. please upload some photos. the design of my house i want it to be more of a wood design. hope that this id can work out a more comforting price so i can also kicks off fast.

Redbull, lucia, wilson, k20, i had met up with them last sunday. they did give me a nice feeling and also the quote was good with lots of more adv/better items compared to most. i have a question. are they willing to show me drawings before everything? i will like to take the drawings to do more compare to be sure. i am a Singapore PR and i have contacts of designer in malaysia maybe i can get cheaper by getting in malaysia? but my house is in ponggol will this way be better? To be true the things this id is giving is very tempting but my budget is abit tight so how can i get it done. i do not have much time to waste my wedding is just around the edge. will they be able to lower the price if i only want to have a normal interior without all those better items? like the soft-closing hinges fully extented tracks and the coloured pvc. i have got like 10 over quotation on hand and all of them charge me around 15k to 18k. this designer is in the mid but if compare apple to apple they sure given me much better things. but my max budget is only 15k. These are the items i need to have pls advice - 1. Tv console with wood feature wall. 2. false ceiling **** and dining area. 3. shoe cabinet. 4. feature wall for store-room 5. bed-head for master room 6. dining table with 2 long bench 7. painting whole house 8. wall paper at master room and dining area. 9. study table and book cabinet at study room the top are all items which i am looking at.
