Juz went up ytd and realise tat the tiling goin to complete soon. n the bases of the fridge, washing machine n the kitchen cabinets are up... as well as the false ceiling n the electric works are almost done. keke.. All the bases are up....

WL is it u?? keke... I tink its difficult to put in double sink.mine also abt the size of urs. n i can only put single sink only. my sink is ard 690mm n hob is abt 780mm. maz size tat i can go liao. the bigger ur items, the less workspace u will hv... a pt to consider.

Finally my unit start to reno. juz finish hacking on Friday. After Hacking Gotten my lightings, electrical appliances n toilet accessories as well as kitchen accessories. Left only furniture nw. hope all can b smooth... Juz wanna to share my MBR lighting. the rest of the lighting no chance to take pics. haha... will show when receive the lightings... MBR lights..

Latest Update : Starting my Reno on the 25th Jan. Provided HDB permit approve by this week. juz sign the agreement wif my ID ytd. total damage at nw is 26.2k. waiting for the haulage n hacking n town concil fees. so estimated total damage is 27.5k will show pics when my reno commence. as well as my 3D designs. now ID is rushing for my 3D designs for my approval... juz wanna to check, kitchen cabinets shld do handleless or wif handle better??? tis wk end Gain City having sales. wondering able to get gd deal fr there or nt??? hmm.... any advise???

Ytd I went to select my tiles. keke.. confirm the following. the white wif spots homo tiles will b for living rm n the 3 bedrooms. while the other is cermic tiles tat look like wood is for the walk way fr the entrance... also order my Air con. Getting Sharp invertor air con.. choose this brand is becoz of its functions n certification.... Price wise, its also the cheapest compare to mitsubishi electric n toshiba.... Energy savin also the best as well.... price is 2399. but after upgrading the insulation n adding in the extended warrenty, the price goes up to 2878... went to c lightings as well.. but total cost is ard 1.7k after selecting all the lightings. faintzzz but tat is the initial quote. now is still adjusting n also the looking at other shops, c whether got cheaper ones or nt. will show the pics after i confirm which lightings that i get.
