Mine took longer time as happen tat i start reno juz b4 CNY. thus, count bk takes abt 2mths including the 2wks break where no work is done... Normally my understanding is tat 1mth can complete le. but still depends on wat u wan to do.... if flooring already done, then will take shorter time. most tedious i tink is the flooring....

Hi, I PM u le. Actually ma. It depends on urself de. If u wan to do reno fast, best to confirm ard 1-2mths earlier. so tat the ID can work on your designs. so when u start ur reno, all the designs n materials are ok. For my case. I confirm ID ard 1mth b4 i start my reno. so tat she can do get all her designs out for my approval n got time to amend on the designs. But along the way, we will change some tings here n there to suit our way. keke...

He quote me 1100. for day n nite curtains for living rm n 3 bedrooms n the air con ledge window. hmm. for the bedrooms, all is use black out curtain. full height for living n mbr. the other 2 bedroms is ard 1/2height as got bay window. which is consider quite cheap le....

Hi, I getting curtains fr this co. Suntec Curtain - Alan. Already confirmed. Came up to install the curtain tracking le. so far so gd. Tis Fri will be doin up the curtains for me. Personally i find his price quite ok. n service so far so gd.... need to c end product then can comment on the quality n worksmanship... He is recommended by my fren to me. Their house got him to do whole house roller blinds. comments is cheap n gd... tats y worth to try for my case lar...

Hihi, I would like to intro my FSM, Master JS Liew. He help to c my house FS. He explain to us on our flat FS n the direction tat we facing. No matter gd or bad, he will say n recommend remedy if needed. So far, he never ask us to buy anything to put in the house for FS. Only ask us to choose the colors of the walls to wat he recommended n also instruct us to put certain no. of lights in the house. I think is quite gd as I heard tat alot FSM always ask ppl to buy FS items to put in the house. But he dun. But he also go extra mile to help us to oversee the whole reno n liaise wif our ID on the design n concept.. I shifting to my house soon. But when i go up to my house now, i feel very comfy there. dun knw is it becoz of the FS or juz tat its my own house. keke... Anyway, I will post up the photos of my house once totally completed in my T-Blog. Keep a look out... PS> My FSM is not old but also nt very young lar. thus he go more wif the modern concept.
