Mine come with all the contacts for doors and windows and motion detectors inside the house from ADT, believe if u bargain hard, they can give u more. At first the ADT guy came and said only include this and that, but after I told him that I am comparing with others security company, he throw in everything. As for video monitoring, I bought my own system and night vision cameras from Sim Lim and installed it during construction, its connected to my broadband internet and I can monitor anywhere and anytime that i like, so dun need to pay any fee.

Hi, I installed my alarm system with ADT, all equipments are FOC, they only charge monitoring fee of around $50 per month for 3 years contract.

All three toilets of us are layed with marbles from Polybuilding, its certainly look like hotel

I signed up with ADT as they provided all the equipements and installation free, only need to pay for monthly monitoring fee of $48 for 3 years. One morning i accidently opened my main door to collect the newspaper without deactivating the alarm and they called back instantly, kind of please with their services.

Just to share, i did enquired at Choo Qiang Marketing, their one box of Cat 6 cable (300 meters) cost around $80, dun know which brand.

I just went in JB yesterday to buy total of 4 KDK fans for my new house, price is RM$580 for the latest 60" and RM$480 for the latest 54", heard from the shop owner that KDK going to increase price as they are selling like hot cakes, better buy fast.

Hi, just to share, i got a quote from ADT regarding their wireless alarm system, initially he said the system is free, except for the looping for the sliding windows, which cost $120, need to pay $48 per month for 3 years, then i told him OC want me to check with other companies, he changed his mind and said free system, dun even have to pay for the looping, will sign up with ADT this weekend. Hi, we are currently doing a reconstruction of our dream house at the moment, land of 1800sqft and future buildup will be 3200sqft. Our total cost for the reconstruction is slightly more than 300k, thanks very much to our builder, he is a small time builder but very experience. Also we managed to keep cost down by sourcing for our marbles and sanitary wears at warehouse sale. Can u imagine getting italy marbles at $3psf? That 300k included PE and architect costs, and all necessary permits and approvals. We can intro our builder and architect to u if u are interested, but u have to know what u want. Cheers

Hi, We found a road widening line on the BCA plan for our property bought, how to find out when the LTA will widen the road or ever widen it? Does it mean we cannot built anything on it? Like pool? How about the setback? Does it start from the boundary line or the road widening line? Quite pissed off with my lawyner, didnt mention anything about this Road widening line to us at all until our ID printed out the BCA drawings and discovered it. Lawyer referred by bank, so no choice as the bank paid for their service.

Hi, My land is around 1800 sqft, so far we decided to build 2.5 storey, with a roof terr, and an entertainment room on the top floor, manage to up the build-in to jus below 2700sqft, from 2200sqft. With plan to add in a swimming pool, length 7.5m, width 2.5m and depth 1.2m. His price is around 130k, hacking all the tiles and walls, extending the front and back to max, building the roof terr, pool is around 20k. How about your case? Thanks
