  1. A Bad Real Estate Agent Can Cost You Money. Not telling you about every possible home suitable for you when home shopping. Don't you want to know that if you are considering a possible home purchase that there may be a better, comparably priced home two blocks away? If you are not using a Buyer's Agent, who must tell you about that other property, you will have to do your own "validation". Seller's agents work to promote their own listings, their company listings, and, if they don't have any fiduciary obligations to you, they may even select a home that has a higher fee for them in the transaction.
  2. Olive oil is good for cleansing makeup, and is also good for your skin. It may be an option if you are sensitive to certain chemicals. Continue to give your skin and body the attention it needs and you can expect to see gorgeous, glowing skin as well as a healthy new you! Use tea tree oil for pimples, as it is antibacterial and also suitable for sensitive skin. Try to avoid harsh formulas as they can damage skin over time. If you have combination skin look for something specifically for combination skin and avoid treatments for very oily or very dry.
  3. Waterfront restaurants, chic boutiques, resorts, budget hotels, and most memorably - stretches of beautiful beaches - Grand Baie is a little slice of heaven, served up on a typically Mauritian platter.
  4. Water control. Does the ground slope away from the base of the house? Will gutters, downspouts and drainage pipes carry excess water away from the house...or into the basement? Is there any evidence of water damage? The roof. Is the roof new and in good shape? Does it look neat and properly applied? Details. Do you see signs of quality workmanship in the finish details such as moldings, tile work, hardware and paint?
  5. In making your decision to work with an agent, there are certain questions you should ask when evaluating a potential agent. The first question you should ask is whether the agent is a REALTOR . You should then ask: Does the agent have an active real estate license in good standing? Is real estate their full-time career? What real estate designations does the agent hold?
