haha i m just a beginner of baking lol.... but of course can share some if u all dun mind =P Almond Sponge cupcake:) i bake sponge cupcake last week.. quite a good trying the result is stunning good, the cake is so soft & moist... my family like it ... happy & very satisfied with the outcome ** working now will post the recipe tonite Ingredients: 4 eggs 100 gm cake flour 100 gm castor sugar 12 gm spongecake stabliser 25 gm milk 90 gm melted butter ** Almond flake (optional) *** i add in some baked almond flake in batter too Methods: Put all the ingredients except the melted butter into a mixing bowl. Beat everything on high for at least 7 mins until ribbon stage. This means that if you use your whisk with batter to write an "8" on the batter won't sink in but will appear visible for a while. This will be the right constitency for your batter. Add in melted butter at this stage and mix in thoroughly. Line some muffin cups & pour batter into the lined cups abt 3/4 full and bake it in a preheated oven at 190C for about 20 mins. Enjoy baking!!

"Any space of work not specified in the contract shall be treated as variation" mean additional work will be charges ba... so.. that mean they r reminding u watever in black n white they will do accordingly.. so u better check probaly 1 by 1 if there any mistake or any lack of ur requirement.. even the dimention of cabinet lo... once is stated 10ft then they will charges u when exceed the size lo...normally id will inclu the tile ba.. if exclu that mean additional cost for tiles u hav to pay again lo.. can bargain wit them the GST ba..mine gst included. i no cover the window bcos my feature wall not located beside entrance, normal id can use plywood custom made to cover it but mostly they do at bedroom window, not sure living window can cover or not, better check wit HDB b4 do lo..

u put ur feature beside entrance? no window there? or u cover the window? mine i put right on entrance lo.. the sze is 6ft x full height lo... but if u put beside entrance i think maybe only abt 4.5ft ba

if not wrong, normal floorplan from HDB is indicate in mm, u need a scale ruler for exact diamention measure on scale 1:100(mean 100x of the size) ** the scale ruler can buy at stationery shop ba.. but if ur math is good, u can also use the normal ruler n use calculator lo..

hi dean, seem item 1 is exp ley... only 15ft cabinet, is it enough?bcos they count top n bottom separate ley.. that mean only 7.5ft for top n bottom liao..better ask probaly or u might got the hidden cost after lo... not understand item 2 ley.. another cabinet in kitchen? if yes that mean ur kitchen cabinet total almost 6k le.. wow... does it inclu kitchen sink, tap? weiwei

maybe u can try more contractor to compare lo.. ask more n learn more some pple saying "fren more easy chop" haha wei

my kitchen cabinet is ard 40ft (top & bottom).. haha really full with cabinets..bobian i kiasu.. abit narrow lo but i got many place to keep my cookwares hehe... actually i dun like pple kajau when i m cooking.. so is it ok for me de.. initially quite headache wit my kitchen layout, bcos too small n i got jumbo kitchen package.. haha.. even dunno where to put my washer machine lo.. but end up my designer help me solve my problem:) my washer is hide inside part of the cabinet.. attached for my kitchen plan n some pics lo.... wei

agree with ivy, the rubbish chute is exp.. mine is stainless steel cost me 230 only.. trying to nego with the quote.some hacking cost can nego too.. might can try overlay instead.. save the hacking cost mine is 3rm 61sqm. very old hse 35yrs le.. my living hall is 3m x 5m if not wrong.. super small.. actually u can just bought the simple tv console instead to made a feature wall, can change after sometime when u r bored with the design maybe u can upload some fotos to share then we can advice from there lo... my reno-blog as below... http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?au...blogid=602&

my sofa just opp the tv console lo.. quite narrow but no choice le.. the hall is **** small de.. haha can only bought a 3seater sofa..
