Hi Mr Chong, I’m new to this forum. I’m really impressed by all the advices you gave in this forum and I find it admirable. (You might have heard this many times but I just want to express how I feel) Me and my husband are intending to buying a place through the resale market. This will be our very first home. We are worried about buying a place that has a bad fengshui. Is it necessary to have a FSM to review the unit first prior to our purchase? What are the things we should look out for?
