(Start with "H"). They sell quite a lot of decoration stuff, like wall clocks, beanbags, vases, miniature water fountain/walls, paintings, motor driven ferris wheels etc.

Dear i think the only kitchen and toilet floor tiles are from Hafary. Toilet wall tiles seem to be more lolx

Day 11: Electrical Work Commencement & Installation of Aircon Noooooooooooo, I forgot to bring my camera to my new house today................no pictures Met up with Patrick and the carpenter in-charge today. Discussed about our kitchen cabinets, placement of water piping/central water heater. Glad that everything is progressing good up till now :3 Since there are no renovation-in-progress pictures, tot it will be good to share some of our decor-hootz over the past weekend. Enjoy Wall clock to be placed in the living room. Some stuff that I couldn't resist buying lolx. They come in nice packaging too

Yeah the COV is the killer. Nowadays COV getting higher and higher, everyone is trying to make a quick buck out of it.

O.O at the price. But worth paying for the location and accessibility. Many will kill for that location sia. So many amenities and famous schools there. Even schools like Cat High and Ai Tong in Bishan is reachable due to bus 162 moving along ave 3.

Yea cuz my wife is working in Woodlands, further more there is one of the cheapest area to live in for new couples. Previously I stayed in AMK for like 8-9years. Can be considered as a "local snake" there liaoz haha.

nope my job nature has no such thing as 13month salary. Nor is it commission based. Basically is more like a direct "time trade with $$$" job. Really envy those who get paid holidays and have bonuses to look forward to~ just realised the power of having extra bonus as I get my new house lolx.... didn't know funding a house sucks up so much $$$.

The 3D is Google Sketchup and layout I use Fireworks to do.

Doing up a paint chart for the painters, just in case they paint wrongly. Thanks to everyone who send pictures to my wife (worldangel) on the color "Urban Grey". Found out that it is too light for the TV console wall, now still searching for a stronger grey.
