eh.. after install aircon, then we did false ceiling.. enough space.. but do let the installation ppl to know that u going to install cornices or false ceiling above ur indoor unit.. as for when i install the aircon, after wall plastering.. (before painting & electricity), cos that time the installation i keep push backward.. then paiseh.. and painting and electricity still not that fast.. plus Jason said it's ok to install the aircon after wall plastering.. just that the wall portion behind the aircon is white plaster without paint.. and if by the time, u need to change a new aircon unit.. it should be the same time for a new paint colour =)

ya i agree with red devil. My permit for hacking is dated early oct, but because of HDB problem (never give permit for hacking my toliet wall), Jason got to re-submit permit again to mid Oct.. so HDB delayed our permit, then later delayed our hacking.. then my tiles got problems too, the shop assistant was new-comer (didn't know anything) so not enough tiles also send to ya.. but we still managed to resolve all these problems.. thanks to Jason~ So far, even if we face big problems (like my false ceiling need to redo, my toliet bowl position is too near my vanity top..) Jason resolved them.. and He is doing what he promised me and believe that he will be able to handover my house by this week

handover supposed to be wed.. but i think maybe will delay 1 -2 days but still ok, as long as before friday.. can liao =) today the carpetry works is 80% done.. left a bit more which will be completed on tues or wed ba.. after i move in, then i post pictures can? cos now very messy...

don't worry.. Jason finished mine within 8 weeks.. so finish urs by 31st Jan is not a problem..

wed going to handover liao.. very excited.. all problems resolved.. now only left the below items to do.. carpetry work - left half.. (but should be able to finish by monday) install fittings - also to be completed by monday kitchen lights ( got to wait until tuesday for the delivery..) final paint touch up and clean up sorry ah.. i never take pictures.. cos too messy liao.. plus many top-naked men walking ard.. i paiseh..
