Hi seashell, thanks for the comments. That poster with the bus is bought from ikea and the one with me and my wife is done by our videographer which is included in our wedding package. Its made up like a movie poster that is aimed to looked like the Charlie Chaplin era. My dog is 10 human years, its quite an old dog. So far used to the new house already. Its great to have your own space and do the things you want to do and eat the things that you buy yourself. So far hows ur house? Settled as well?

I agree with what seashell has to say. Since the main primarily concern now is money(since most of us has lost some if not a lot), we should be focused on the best alternative to get back the most of ur money worth.

Thank you seashell for adding my name to the list. I have not been visiting the forum very often now due to my new job and also my ongoing renovation which is coming to an end. I wasn't surprisingly shock that this thread is still the hottest thread in RT. I spent about an hour trying to read from where I left off. Again, I am happy that I moved on, and also sorry at the same that there are other more unfortunate owners out there, struggling painfully. I must clarify, I am not rich. However, at the same time, I feel there are other owners out there who needs this money more than I do. I take it as a part of giving back to the society, giving back to the forumers who once helped me before. Again, thank you for not forgetting about me Seashell: I really admire your tolerance to the amount of stress you are facing. Just remember what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Hang on! Hi Seashell, thanks for asking. I have engaged another contractor to finish up my house and the progress is good. Just that I'm a little busy and hence have not have the time to upload the pics for my current progress. Currently the debris everything is cleared, false ceiling is done and flooring everything is done. Will upload the updates for my house tonight. How's things going on for you?

i think no choice, the fact that his workers will be at work is 1% because he is in a lot of debts with the sub cons. If really he wishes to progress with the reno work, no choice I will have to open the locks for him. I will rather protect my house rather than for the convenience in return.

My house's lock as provided by Ah Soon, was opened and left it there when my wife arrive at the scene to witness it. I have replace it with my own lock on top of the existing lock. I wonder if it is Ah Soon's doings or is some disgruntled sub- cons.
