Have to agree. Their sofas have a guarantee of 5 years. For that price tag, it is good enough if the sofa can last for more. I am using quite a number of IKEA furnitures at the moment as I have 3 small children. So can expect drawings, vomit and stains. Anytime can wash and even if I have to throw it away, no heartpain.

Mickey!! Wah haven't been here for a long time. Your kitchen's SOOOO nice. And the walkway to the rooms! I love! -
Hi bro, possible to share the contact for re varnishing parquet flooring. Been a yr+ of living here and we're still sore that our contractor didn't do a very good job.
-
Hi, can I have the contact & quotation for the sliding door as well?
-
Love the outcome of your home. Nice living room furnitures.

Bro Ossify, I like what you did to your bathroom floor. Looks so resort style!

Really nice house. Especially love your kitchen!

Haven't been here a while. Pinktini, your house transformation is fantastic. Your flooring is shiny finishing? A bit regret doing mine in matte. Yours look nice. Anyway, care to share the carpenter's or your uncle's contacts? Might want to do up some carpentry in near future. TIA.

Been using EF for my previous house as well. So far so good. I like the design and its simplicity.

Hi Jaisbiz & Brainy, I have sent you pm regarding the electrician's contact. Valuehunter, don't be jealous. I have my eyes on a 3rm once my children grow up and get married. Heh.

Hi boatgal, actually there are a lot of pendant lights that I like but mostly above budget. My bulb for my crystal light has gone kaput. Not even 6 months and I didn't even use it often. I haven't got around to calling them up although I can just buy off the shelves.
-
Hi Jaisbiz, very late reply cos didn't log in for quite some time. I'll go home and look for his card and pm you his number.

Hello Eric, It's a Critzo. Bought it at Heritage, bundle with the sink at 398 and yes, it's one piece.

Not sad lei. Heh. Yeah actually we have ample space to build storage but carpentry works will overshot our budget. Maybe in near future lor. Yes, the sinks I know. But then, they never ask us before doing. Think about it also heartpain so close one eye.

Hi ericmar, not really lei. My hse has completed reno. Don't know what more to update. Anyway, my contractor has rectified sink problem and parquet scratches. Now left with the kitchen cabinet. The under the sink part they said can be covered but not the ones under solid top. Im still waiting. Everytime I have to call and ask, getting lazy already. However must thank contractor for helping me put up curtain rods, pictures, clocks, mirror foc.

Hello fellow EA owners, Can I know whether SSC bill is the same for all or it is determined by tc? Currently paying $76.50 for my EA. Btw, those going for minimal reno, I think 20-25k is reasonable. I did major overhaul for 2 toilets and kitchen plus a little touch up here and there. Cost me roughly $27k.

Hi bro, your place definitely looks good. What's the cost of doing up the whole place?
