LOL! I never call him plump plump one lah..I always address them as Master "Shi Fu" or Mr "Xian Sheng". Haha! I never ask for their name actually because I am rarely at home when they work. I ask my mother to help liase with them during the weekday and my mum usually call them either "Shi fu" or "Xiao Di" if they look very young...Haha! My mum say they are pretty good lah but she ask them to go home at 6pm as she dont want them to work too late..Haha! Wa lau! No wonder I tell mother my project drag so long... Anyway, I am ok as long as they do nice nice. I dont believe in doing OT also because I feel productivity drop and also more prone to mistakes. Usually unless very very urgent, I wont ask for OT. I rarely even call Patrick lately as I try not to disturb him. Usually I try to email Mrs Quek if my things are not urgent.
