I totally agree. If you believe, just do and if you don't, please don't come in an write long stories why you think fengshui wont work. Remember, this is a fengshui forum. I have already mentioned many times that destiny, hardwork and fengshui must work together. Of course destiny is important...You are born with it and you can never change your destiny. This is sort of those good deeds you did in your previous life etc.... The other important factor is hardwork. I dont believe you will be successful if you dont work hard, take drug, dont eat healthy, dont exercise, dont take care of yourself, dont study and sleep during work? This is utterly bull****..Look at those successful tycoon, all of them work super hard.. Lastly for fengshui, I also mention it helps to amplify good effects and cushion bad ones...It is also not a guarantee success factor but something to enhance... As for the TV serial thing about gangsters, bastards, baddies dying in the end. I havent seen any tv serials with all the good people dead and all the baddies, bastards and gangsters trumping. TV producers are people who think of consequences. You dont want to encourage people to become baddies and bastards right? so these bad guys have to die or get some bad effects to make viewers happy lor... Imagine every tv serials show baddies, bastards all winning, who wants to watch the serials! Worst of all, all the sec, tertiary school kids will think since bad guys always win, why be a good guy..Well, seriously speaking, I feel youngsters nowadays have change a lot of their views as compared to olden days.. Last time when my dad is a kid, my grandfather will give him a big slap if he make a big mistake. Nowadays, u think any father will do that to their kids? Like I have mention many times, I believe your destiny, hard work and fengshui must all work hand in hand. Well, if your destiny and fengshui sucks, it doesnt matter if you work like dogs... Look at those construction workers, operators, waiter, waitresses etc...dont tell me they dont work hard as those in the banks?

I still feel in order for everything to fall in place nicely, sufficient hardwork is needed. Have u ever wonder why businessmen donated so much to temple? Well, through their hardwork and blessing, they probably did quite well. I know some friends who pray everyday but always not aiming to improve themselves, learn their skill well and always just banking on 4D and toto. I haven't seen these ppl doing well yet despite I see them strike 1 big 4D once in a while. The interesting thing about 4D winnings is it comes fast and goes fast.

Actually fengshui is a very weird thing. Well, after going through and working in the industry for a few years, I think it is pretty true. Why? Incident 1: Colleague A comes from an average to do family, work 12 hours/ day and of course another 8 hours on weekends. Does he work hard? Yes. Did he deliver his stuff in work? Yes. But never got promoted once in 5 - 6 years. Colleague B comes from a super rich family, stay in a condo, is a real bastard who kick everyone who is in a lower position and also backstab ppl as and when required. Rarely work that hard and does screw up on certain occassions but still in boss good book. Only difference is colleague B believe and practises feng shui whereas A just think it is bull****. Well, I don't know whether Bazi, destiny or fengshui plays a part here. Incident 2: A good friend of mine is super suay for years before he started to believe in fengshui and from there, even he see a change of fortune. The lastest case is his department is gg to close down and all ppl is gg to be retrench. When I had dinner with him, he is so sad that he can't save his ppl and he will also lose his job. He told me he spoke to his boss and his boss told him there is no way he can be saved because the retrenchment name list is out and my friend's name is there. No escape! Well, my friend is super low morale. 1 weeks later, he called me and say snr management transfer him to another department as a manager because they decided to create another manager position. Is this coincidence or fengshui helping to improve his destiny? There are still somemore examples to share but to cut the story short, working hard alone is useless because if your boss hates u, even if u work like dogs, u r useless. Just my opinion.

In principle, I agree with you but I guess life is unfair. Civil servants are seriously non competitive. I try posting some stuff at the post office and I vomited blood. Also you observe how certain civil service operates, you will be pissed off these people earns a big fat package while making less contribution. I ever did approach HDB to get some piping, layout drawings and even photocopying the drawing and just waiting for the engineer to sign takes a week and cost $100..LOL! How big is your British company? Well, my CEO wont ask about the 13th month pay system because he has a much fatter package with 2 personal plane to fly around so he usually shuts his bloody mouth...

Guys I realise carpenter price is like a few hundred cheaper than ID if we were to compare an 8ft feature wall with tv cabinet. Why is it so? Is the material difference or workmanship or just ID mark up?
