Both are china floor board, but Power Dekor is a famous brand of China and Ace Flooring is OEM floor board from china factory.

It is one of the top range using HDF made from Poplar tree but be assured to get a proper installation by a proper laminate floor installation company because most laminate importers get Malaysia and China installers which after services will be non-contactable.
