look easy than b done, but there's skill required. some wallpaper dun come cheap. i recommend u to engage skill person to install, unless u have extra wallpaper and $$$ for trial and error jus my 2 cents tot....

u can use hairline stainless steel feel formica.... if 100% stainless steel too costly.... i believe it will look gd... cheer

actual fact to purchase the recess area is not ex. but due to the process with the law firm it add up to quite a sum hope yours is not bank loan? if bank loan - need bank approval letter - letter from branch office the size of the recess area - law firm to submit withdraw of CPF form if you are paying by CPF - the rest will be done by the law firm. it will be good you dropby the branch office to find out more. for me i give up hope to purchase the recess area. seem that the law firm is not keen to take up my case.... no advice or follow up from them or whatso ever.... sigh.... anyway good luck

U still need to engage lawyer whether pay cash or cpf, due to the mortage. I'm still in the process to get my recess area, is already more than 6 months sigh.... wondering are there people working in the HDB branch????? wondering how to make them work faster????

if your is bank loan u need one if HDB loan just submit application on line and wait for letter.

currently i'm using it for abt 3month so far so gd.

Nice reno u have there i suggest u get ur ID to install a stopper so when ppl push it will not knock onto ur rainshower. tat wat happen to my frosted glass door in my toilet, when i push, it will hit the toilet bowl.....

if u like the place why not, and is 8k cov. the flat is pretty new 6 year old???? there's alot places asking above 15k cov for 3 rm flat. condition can always reno to ur liking if budget allow...

tat why i never believe in sweetening from ID firm. all free gift is a sale trap lah to me... I did went to chew once for quote... but their design is very basic, coz my budget 20k only.... i did not use them coz they dun listen to wat u wan....and i dun click with the "SD" anyhow some of my frenz did use them, seem quite alrite.
