Cheaper than other IDs ? Maybe slightly cheaper not really cheap till heaven and sky. I had compare his quotation and mine current ID. Slightly cheaper but quality wise i not sure. My flooring is done by a local uncle and I would his skill is MO ta teng . I would said no kicking effect . He really take his time and effort in laying tiles. My unit will be completing soon . My ID has always keep me updated on the status. Everyday there are workers at my unit doing up . I am lucky that i did not choose him else I would starting dropping hair.

Hi All, I also have a case here. Recently buy and sell same agent. But we only sign the commission form for buying but hold on to the selling which we did not sign at the agreed 0.5% till at a late date until completion of the selling part. Meanwhile while waiting for 1st and 2nd appointment we have some agrument for our buying which our agent promise that we can have the key at the prefer day before signing OTP. Ok I think it a grandmother story think i will skip this parts first. During 2nd appointment for buying and selling , my agent did not turn at all even for the day before inspection. Now my agent send me a bill with a commission of 2% for buying. I find it ridiculus as i did not sign the selling commission. I call him up he said it the COMPANY RULE that if the commisson form form is not sign they can bill us a 2% commission . Wah piang so i queries him I dun agreed a a commission of 1.75% (eg) and dun sign it , u still charge me 2% ? It is really a daylight robbery. I intend to go case or maybe media to expose this kind of Bandit method. Any suggestion here? Thanks Nobody

Hi , Any feedback of Excel Hardware Pte Ltd post system? My ID let me choose either their own carpentry or Excel Post System . I find tat their clear glass sliding door very fantasic , smooth and very quiet as I am doing up a mini WIW. But really lack of shelving and drawers. Addition drawer need to top up ard 100+ to 200+ . Next Tue hacking going to start. Can't really wait to see ....... Any comments Nobody

Some fujioh model also do have safety valve right. But I do remember that the sale staff mention need to top up 30 bucks for SV for each burner

Hi, That mean yr reno is only partial. Pardon me i do find it quite on the high side. SOme reno package with complete overhaul Granite package is ard 38K+. Mine is ard 40k+ with unlimit tiles selection - no restriction or require any top up. ANyway as long u are happy with it ..... it will be ok. Regards Nobody

Like that also can? CUT agent's com ..... Call up ERA hotline and ask for the top management email address. Agents nowasday are getting from bad to worst. Even my seller agent also critised me for not agreed to the 2nd appointment inspection date which I am working till late night. They even threaten me that inspection if is not done , I cannot get the key. I told no problem with me , I reply them that I jus need to tell e HDB officer that I do not accept the unit as it does not meet my requirement , postpone the 2nd appointment date . After that she then agreed to my timing , 9pm. (pm very late meh ? See how terrible they are now . No customer service professionalism.

I bought my first Dinning lighting at Thxmsxn Lighting but collection at IMM. Bloody **** give me a display set still dare to said it is a brand new set.
