Oh I do not know Lorenzo is at lower cost due to mass production. But after visiting a shop , I do know that Lorenzo Sofa is using pocket spring so it won't sink in so easily. Correct me if i am wrong.

Even if invoice is issued , you can still call the office to cancel and reissue again. Jus have to tell them any reason u can think of ..... . As for my case , due to my very very very bad experience , when the agent co send me invoice , i call and get them to cancel it off as I told them this is not the actual agrrement for the payment date. Payment date will be my completion of both selling and buying completed smoothly then i made the payment. But some how my agent screw up after OTP is signed. So from there everything went wrong. 1st May sign OTP till today I haven't go for 2nd appointment and my moved in date will be in DEC . WTF. After 1st appointment , I went up to the agent office bang table and meetup with the legal manager regarding the issue of my agent the way he handling my sale. Anyway jus dun let them tell u what to do . U must tell them wat to do and not the other way round. Can u imagine if yr agent is getting yr commission but he is siding the seller how will u feel ....... Also no sms reminder for 1st appointment date , time and where to meet.

Whee whee glad to hear that. Ya they are not pushy at all . They also allow me to change if there will be model coming in provided that the model i order has not start to manufacture. I been to afew furniture shop but when I mention I want to consider , all the expression start to change. Haiz SG service standard really suck ............

Went into Lorenzo , Sale Staff not pushy. I even get them put down all the black and white. They comply without any quesion ask as they also said it is good to avoid any misunderstanding. Hope they will not let me down
