it depend on ID or the main con whether he willing to pay more a get a good tiler as it will eat into his cost. My tiler is a local 50+ uncle with superb skill. When Lian Hin ppl came to remove some of the hairline scratches of the granite flooring , they can't believe the super b workmanship. My 0.01 cents suggestion

My HO complete in 6 weeks. Including all bedroom and storeroom all granite take 2 weeks to complete . Done by a local uncle take his time to lay the tile so during the 2 weeks no other reno is being done as he dun like to be disturb.

If report police, case, legal mean at least he know you all are taking some kind of action with the help of govt body rather than he will always " said wait wait i will do for you" no points right ? Let the police called him up for investigation, interogation or watever at least he know that all of you are not the person who will sit there and wait and wait and wait. Think no use keep on calling him as wat other members has said that he might change hp nos , off hp, giving all excuse..... Seriously 6 months of reno is too ........
