why not try telok kurau area? Lorong H and G so it is near to Kembangan MRT and there are few new projects there. Search "The Verte" "The Treeline" "The Ambra" or "The Medley" Both the verte and the treeline are next to park connector so you could walk/cycle all the way to east coast park with your family and about 5-7mins walk to Kembangan MRT It is a quiet and peaceful environment to live. I would recommend to make a trip there to have a feel of that place. Happy searching

I will be moving to Telok Kurau Lorong H sometime next year ... (my unit is being built) I like the area because it is walking distance to kembangan mrt and it is quiet. There is a park connector to East Coast as well ... in the evening/morning i could do my regular jogging using that path. which apartment are you buying?

I have been thinking about this as well. I have decided to pay all my loan once my unit TOP end of the year for the peace of mind. A lot of my friends said it is stupid to do so as the money could be used for other investment purposes but there is an inherent risk to any sort of investment. nothing beats the feeling of fully paid home
