You can check out plaza sing b1 shop. They sell gloss sheet meant for fridge and washing machine. Even wallpaper with adhesive. But must diy. Price reasonable too.

Hi, not sure if I answer correctly anyway I also bought a flat under SERS scheme 4 years ago the flat owner Y bought was probably not under subsidy the reason it was at 30K was because (A) it was 10 years ago (B) 30K was possibly the nett value after offsetting the value of the old flat prior to the current one 200K now is market value which is very much in line with general HDB price trend Hence, owner Y is entitled to the full proceeds of the sale in the absence of owner X
