omg, so it's not something unusual that happen to me!!!! my wtb and i were wondering if it's such a gd idea to let uncle soon do our renovations since he is so 'blur' even on the quotations. phew, what a relief we also quite honest, we told him what he quoted previously. didnt cheat him on tt

aiyoh, normal solid surface top loh........ getting married in sin is very expensive!!!! eg hotel dinner, photography, proposal ring, wedding bands, si dian jin, buying property etc

aiyoh, uncle soon didnt bring his quote the first time so he redid his calculations on the spot. he gave me one price and then second time we saw him, his quote was different by 10k! ha ha ha, my wtb n i realised for the same item, his quotes can be higher n for some, it can be lower. i also dun understand how he quote...........

okie okie, i will let my wtb know my wtb is pretty concern abt how the kitchen will turn out guess it's like how a guy is very concern abt the home theatre system

Yup. it's a terrace house but smaller than familyof4's em though....... Macpherson area is not popular so not much premium involved. Location wise is near by wtb's parents. I think that is pretty important.
