Sorry..i meant tiles were overlayed in the toilet since first owner.I think due to hacking contraint during 1st five yr of new flat then. Im the third owner of a 8 years old flat... I just wonder how can it be done...any advise who can i look for? Or just general contractor to get seepage done n laminate flooring replace?

Hey guys, my toilet is overlay with tile fromthe previous owner. Until recently, i realise that my laminate flooring under the toilet door is starting to pop. Very obvious, that water is seeping thru the toilet flooring causing the flooring n skirting to pop. I really wonder if theres any DIY solution. Worst case gotta ask some contractor to get things done. I do not know who did the flooring too... Help
