Hi gantan88, Yea my 4rm is considerably big for my district @ 109sqm. However, the price to pay for is really cut throat Gotta swallow this since we love this area so much for its convenience. How's ur reno going along?

Due to sun reflection & hp camera effect I guess?!

Wahahahahaha Rondy, yea everything so slow but steady thou Actually, my window panes are semi-dark grey tinted. No 'blue' in my plans.

Day 26-30 Commencement of plastering work Posting some of the pics. Plastering almost done up except for window ledge and other minor touch up. Previous owner did rockstone on whole house ceiling, full kitchen & storeroom. Wall @ Living hall (where my master bedroom old entrance locates previously) plastered Kitchen Wall tiles plastered Kitchen rockstone ceiling plastered Bedroom 2 rockstone ceiling plastered Quite pleased with the plasterman's works today. His schedule is super packed. Really scary after hearing his upcoming job list. Edmund trying his very best to get him down to my place for the past 2 days. Finally started work this morning. Mon & Tues were rest days for my neighbours' ears.

Will await patiently -
haahaaa.... We merely got Hansgrohe mixers as we decided to save $ and abort getting their shower system after comparing prices with Rubine's. I can change Rubine a few times and yet still can't get 1 Hansgrohe. haha

Hi Chipee, You stay in Holland area too? U got T-blog? Let me take a look at yours le. haha Yea, my reno so far so good. Went to site on Tues & today and happened to see Edmund there too. It's quite relieving for us, as owners, to see our appointed contractor being responsible & getting down to the site to spot check. I can't wait to post more pics of the aftermath... Stay tuned ok? Cos' I feel at times like I'm posting the updates for myself to see. Very few responses and comments. That's why decided to post at stages instead. Is this a norm for T-blog? hahaha

Day 11-17 Minimum renovation works can be done during weekends cos' neighbours here complain to Edmund when they were working on a Sat morning. Living Room tiling: Been informed by Edmund that tiling will more or less be completed next week. Everything is going as per scheduled. As we are not in hurry to move in, Edmund informed us that he will be doing phase by phase at a systematic manner i.e. only 1 team working at a single time to ensure no 'over the shop' mess so as to minimise un-necessary damage to flooring, etc. So eager to see the whole tiling finished look now ...

Ah Soon
bluewater replied to juz_me's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
Guys, take a break. Non Ah Soon victims can just come in read but do save your comments elsewhere. We all know it's a grave mistake made, but just stop all those comments to aggravate others' feelings. Remember that everyone will have their own bad patch in life. As for those who are helping out esp. Jaskel, I feel you need not rebuke to fully convince others, as long as your conscience is clear. It will be endless story. Good luck to all!!! -
Went down to showroom on Sat & ordered the following: Hansgrohe mixers for toilet basin, kitchen sink & shower mixer. Rubine shower systems (decided on Rubine in the end cos' the price given to us was really too good to be true & Hansgrohe shower system is a bit too pricey from Rubine, though after discounted) Johnson Suisse range for both WCs & basins Either Ariston or Joven for our water heater tank cos' still deciding What to do... Have $ we will want honey & comfort Thanks bro

Yo Rondy, I went quite early to the place for assessment before I go work. So, no workers on site yet. haha. Seriously, we need FT when comes to such general works. I see so siong, doubt any locals will want to do so with that kinda miserable pay. haha
