Day 82-85 Preview of my customised steel metal gate. Specially designed for privacy as well. Preview of one of my bedroom doors installed by Yontat

Cool butterfingerzz Nice choice with Kartell... an expensive one too
-
Thanks bro. The centre portion of the TV backdrop is actually using brushed black laminate. Close up will have horizontal lines running across.
-
Cool... Perhaps I got the wrong idea on which you meant. My bad. Do post a pic of what's that plastic sheet is all about ya.

You can go Chan Huat / Lighting.com.sg to see their range. Lightcraft has quite a wide range for floor lamps, too. Yah, orange trims will make the whole concept more interesting than dull. Guess, either clear or spraying white will be your choices left. However, do take note that the granite worktop will have skirtings. So you will have 2 color variation for your back drop wall if you are picking clear glass.
-
Clear??? Can't really visualise it with your black-white-orange kitchen though. Glad that things are going smoothly for you hur....

Hi Chipee, Yeah, one more week to go before HO. For my house to be fully furnished, will have to wait till Apr before all is completed. Sighzzz.... Still long way to go manz... Tomorrow will have all my doors & main gate changed. Saw the main gate 'parked' inside my unit tonight. Guess workers will be coming over tom early morning for installation. Will take some pics tom once up Wow... your neighbour's house sure inspires you hur....

Those are meant for diy to cut to size to fit into our drawers/inner shelvings, etc. Dont' ever use it as a protective mat for your parquet. Use rug instead if you insist on chairs w/ castor wheels.

Don't have cos' still waiting for the glass backing to be up first. Stay tuned!

If you decide not to install the bidet spray, then make sure your bath mixer or anywhere in the toilet does have a running tap outlet for maintenance purposes. Else, may be rather inconvenient when it's time to wash your toilet wall tiles, WC, etc.
-
Looks great! I think the wall must be re-plastered and do agree w/ ossify that gross laminate in kitchen requires quite high maintenance. But the overall kitchen feel is really cool... same with butterfingerzz's one.
-
Hi Hub+wifi, Nice wood grain chosen... Looks soothing & good... What's the color of your worktop?
-
fftw, your LED downlights are nice, coupled with the ambience cove lightings!!! Just don't quite like the choice of your ceiling fan used as it kinda looks like those kopitiam kind. Other than that, I really look forward to your finished product Will you be installing a dining pendant light? Your ID seems pretty good
-
Really nicely done up, garion!!! Love your overall decor...
-
Bro. Maybe from pic, one perceives so. But in actual fact, it is not that troublesome as it just takes one to open the concealed drawer to switch off the power. Extension multi plug could be used, too.

Preview of suspended display cabinet Preview of laminate used for study table Preview for easy wire routing thru' table edge Preview of hidden power sockets as I specify to Edmund that I don't like the idea of wirings running all over the table (also an alternative to Eubiq due to cutting down of budget )

Day 80-81 Preview of wardrobe interiors in black & white shot Preview of wardrobe drawers Preview of dressing table w/ mirror

Will not if the area underneath are properly sealed with silicon. Likewise for overmount, if properly sealed up, will not leak either. Personally, I feel it's the aesthethic reason that carries more weight here, rather than the water seepage reason. Overmount sink exposes the silicon surrounding lining more, which is prone to getting stained with contaminants after some time.

HO next week.

Yah... They should be one of the recommended light shops out there. Very responsible after-sales service. Friendly sales assistant & not pushy. Thanks samgalz for your compliments. Check your mail, galz. Good luck! Remember to bargain. haha.
-
Don't worry... I believe black/white/orange should give a refreshing and nice outlook Makes one feel good whenever entering the kitchen area.

Thanks sis. I din take the pic of kitchen cabinet after the worktop is installed. Was a very hectic day for me yesterday till I nearly went mad. I discovered one of my downlights, bought from Light Arcade, have its glass trim chipped off badly. Don't know whose fault also. LL ... gotta fly down to Balestier & have it changed. Lucky, they relented to have it exchanged for me. Or else siao liao. Kudos to Light Arcade! Will post pic on the completed kitchen once the black glass backing is up. Received news that my dining table is ready for delivery! Woohoo... this is fast compared to my sofa furnishing. Thanks Rondy for your kind words... Hopefully, all is well upon completion

Okay, then save the money up. Personally, I just don't quite like the idea of using hydraulic pulls for the alum door, which is on daily "high traffic" mode. Sure butterfingerzz
