Hahaha... Yea, I went down to Best Denki last weekend & have the staff demonstrating & explaining the miele washer/dryer. It's quite amazing esp. the lint part too. V good. But wallet abit cannot tahan liao.

It's with regards to the aircon trunking for my bedroom 3, which runs towards bedroom 2 in an awkward outlook. If I thought of how-to-do-it-better earlier, I will not see the aircon trunking at all by just doing a simple box up. Now I can't do box up the railway track anymore. Think next time I post pics will illustrate better. V.hard to describe.

That's the rough way of putting the message across.... hahahahhahahaa

Hahahahaha Thanks bro.. Til date I still blame myself "Why I din tot of that earlier?!?!" , but my wife told me "it's ok, we are staying @ HDB not Condo" ....

If you ask me, go for S/S. Both S/S & copper are suitable for its purpose & I definitely prefer S/S look. If pricing is a factor, I've heard copper pricing is on the rise as compared to S/S.

Hi butterfingerzz, Can I check with you how's the stuff @ comfortfurniture? Have you bought from them? I went there to have a look 2 months back & felt that the quality of their display pieces is abit on the downside.

Mine is using stainless steel. I know some use copper. Only these 2 materials for water piping.

HDB contractor came to install new gas piping this afternoon. Piping will be hidden from sight after installation of ceiling board which is going to get started tomorrow.

Hi CJ, Yea, the progress is slow as compared to some house blog here but on-going though. Really appreciate your attention & comments here & I'm really crossing my fingers now for the transformation to turn out good Yesterday was the aircon installation site visit 1 by Gain City (GC). A 2-man team came and the installation process went pretty smoothly ( to GC) except for me making the wrong decision for my bedroom 3 trunking... No choice now but to liao.... Quite sian for the whole evening yesterday.... Really feel like banging my balls..... haha Soooonnnnn........

Was slightly dissatisfied with Edmund for last week delay due to the busy schedule of plasterman, though it's not a direct fault of his. Electrical points were fully laid this afternoon. However, after much discussion with my wife, we realised that 2 points were planned wrongly by us. Informed Edmund to get it changed & he accepted our request w/o asking for any top up $ or any signs of reluctance. After an hour or so, he called me up & informed that all have been fixed up & he had went over to our house unit to have a rounding check to ensure all in order. to Edmund for acceding to our request in his as-usual pleasant manner.

Day 31-33 A team of 4 arrived to start the electrical works this morning. Cracked my head to run the electrical points in the best way to avoid the sight of trunkings which look like railway tracks all over. Have to consider practicality. In the end, some are inevitable. Sighz. Guess being the trade off for having 2nd hand HDB with bigger floor space but non concealed electrical points.
