So sorry pple as I've not came back RT since my reno has ended. Din know that there are still interested lookers I see many have enquired on price but do pardon me that I've forgotten the prices for most of the items since it is already some time back.... haha Anyway, I've cleared my PM & those who wish to know anything can PM me.... I'll render my help as much as I can The clothes hanger is Hang-it-all from Eames, bought from Xtra @ Park Mall. Everything in house collect dust. haha. So, it depends on how it upkeeps your items Hi freddie, I got the dining lights from Chan Huat @ Balestier. They are the authorised agent for Grok. It's not LED lighting and do note that LED lightings are not able to illuminate the wanted area as bright as those normal conventional ones.... Thanks Goobii Hi thx1138, The dining table was customised from Xtra.

Hi Chipee, Sorry for the late reply as I just came back from my fishing trip @ Sarawak Anyway, great to hear that you are pleased so far with what Edmund offers you. Yeah, needs some time for you to really clean up the whole place. The flooring needs at least 3 x of thorough cleaning to get it stick-free Additional items are inevitable during the renovation, esp. if one is addicted to gg into RT every night

Hi Chipee, Thanks for your compliments We love it at first sight too when we saw the coffee table.... In fact, due to its "C" shape, it is quite versatile e.g. tucking it close to our sofa... How's your reno getting along? HO liao?

It acts as a display as well as a toddler's stool. It comes in other colors like "glow in the dark", orange, etc...

Think the wall can be drilled minimally to hide the trunking? Afterwhich, plaster to smoothen out the surface before painting commences. Guess Edmund should know better than I do... For me, I'll tio this headache towards end of the year. Already tot of how to do it for my place though haha... Will ask them run trunking directly into my study room, which centralises my modem/plug/etc all inside there. If you ask me, I don't think it's worth that amount... I rather take this sum to throw into a Karlsson clock ic chipee... think it looks better after a 2nd look..... Your carpentry @ corner will improves the situation definitely Post more pics ya once there's more progress

Waaaaaa chipee, I nearly fainted when I see the opennet railway track..... Gosh!!! Are you going to conceal or anything? Btw, have you guys tot of concealing it like your electrical points when the trunking runs on the wall section? KSJL: Sad to say, you may have to cut the false ceiling should you wish to conceal the trunking.... Afterwhich, plaster back and repaint. All: As for solar film, I did mine last week with Jason for my 2 bedrooms & kitchen.... Now my house is cooler without experiencing the heat radiation in the air space.... *Phews* For those who experience sun heat like I do, you can consider this alternative
