argh....all this talk is making me ultra gian to go and buy!!!! (then no need to jaga renov liao...haha) haven't played a nice bloody game for a long time.....keep replaying old favs like baulder's gate, d2, ds, ktor.... now got new one.....*bloodlust* i don't really like those set in the "Real world" like L4D...lol...i wanna be transported to somewhere where there is mayhem and magic (incidentally another good game)...ktor is an exception, love SW ...so must play lor. haha.... who doesn't wanna be a jedi!?!!?

why toshiba leh? i stand and stare at the tvs hor, my eyes still prefer samsung and LG. toshiba got tvs with USB? refresh rate got 3ms? salemen tell me must have 3ms at least...the faster the better... but since i study bio, the eye cannot see faster than 3ms, so no need too fast also.

i got mine (via contractor) at sin lek....selection was pretty ok. very accomadating whenever i call to change my mind---i did note down all the numbers etc, so that i needn't go down again... very far ...eunos. as for whether they give discount, i'm not sure....i'm relying on my contractor to get them...

lol...yeah leh...mine also less than 10k...(Estimated/budgeted) not all bought but still......10k is like half my renov!!! muahaha..... okok, yesterday didn't go down cos i went to JP (jurong point) to look look see see HN, Courts and Fairprice Xtra ....went to see AIRCON prices. Courts and HN have very clueless sale peeps. (Brands they carry include panasonic, ME, Fujitsu..) maybe weekday, so the power staff not available. sheesh, ask them what insulator they use, "black one". aiyoh, at least some more pro-sounding answer lah. then the HN gal pointed out to the LARGEST trunking they have on display---"that one" .....trunking and insulator are quite different. i wanted to faint. Fairprice, nevermind lah... the sales pple, were busy talking to each other. But had more brands, including Daikin, Panasonic, Trends, Toshiba, ME. But NTUC prices are cheaper than the cheapest promo there is at either HN or Courts. i only looked at system 2 fyi. if anyone wants prices for system 2, i prob can share what i took down, including model/ticks, energy consumption etc. alt go to NEA website and find.

urgh.... went to see the place yesterday... supposedly after 2 days of hacking.... ONLY kitchen and mrb bathroom done. not even common toilet. that's supposed to be after 2 days of hacking? bleah. and my flat is so tiny. today my hacking permit expires. not done include : whole house flooring (exclude kitchen), wall of storeroom, wall of kitchen-living, doorframes of both toilets n storeroom, removal of lighting. can do finish in 1 day meh? when we went up to see, 2 guys were packing up at abt 4.45pm. no problems with that, but with so much more to be done, i think either more manpower needed or more time.

wc + bidet? 2 in 1? or 2 pcs like those shown in mags?

oh, many happy returns of the day to mrs kopi. she comes home to a brand new house! (more or less...)
