  1. I think 435 for high floor/windy/EM with big access area is a good price I will be basically hacking every part of the house as well. And my reno will cost me probably abt 50K (Given by my ID). I do like the place as it also give me a little resort feeling and yes, it is near the MRT, food, etc. I am just thinking can i get use to it as i am currently staying at 15th floor windy with a very nice view seeing malaysia fireworks few time a year. I will miss it... Yes, i also think parking seem to be a concern as it is open and limited lot.

  3. We had attended 1st appt and i heard from the seller agent that the seller had also brought a resales somewhere else. They also only took 2K deposit from us (so dun think it will be a affort to cheap deposit case). They seem to me like a happy family with 3 kids n a maid, so dun think divorce sign exist.. i think safe lah hor

Phew... i had finally setter on my ID/contractor (Homely Image/Jackson) till date he is the only one that is able to accommodate to my budget ( thou still burst it, but i believe that he has given me the best) compared to otheer ID that i had spoken to. Familyof 4, Thanks for ur recommendation on Ah soon, but he is too busy with his project on hand and is unable to take on mine. You must have gave him too much recommendation, hahaha.
