  1. Yo, we are a "young" couple with 2 kids staying at Bukit Gombak areas (officially in July) Any MJ kakis, runner, cyclist here?
  2. Time to knock up this sleeping thread again.... HALO?????? What is ur reasons for buyig EM?? For me is the below; Short term 1) Outlook - Like the feel of stairs 2) Bed Room - Like the separation of rooms to a different level (Privacy) 3) Space - Big n spacious 4) Balconey - Always like the ideas of having one Long term 1) Singapore flat getting more n more expensive, so i think it is good to invest in a BIG flat 2) Singapore flat is getting smaller n more expensive, if my kids cant afford a place next time, atleast they can stay with us 3) EM no longer in production, the resales value should be more stable. what abt u guys?

  4. I been to the wihardja at sungei kadut.. the price not really low leh, seem comparable to BB. The sales items then i would say ya, the price are quite attractive. Which wihardja do u recommend?

My 2nd appt is actually on the 3rd week, but the seller had allow us to get the keys to start out reno first. Hopefully all goes well.. any recommendation for places selling Zen style furniture? I been to the ZEN at sungei kadut, but i think it is too expensive for me

  16. Hi Where is ur location? Not upselling, but my wife has been giving tuition for 8 years and all her student are by word of mouth. Some are requested by the student schoolmates and there are also cases of parents calling my wife to be on waiting list (But the location not suitable). But we are shifting to Bukit Gombak this july and she has to gave up her current student. PM me if you are keen to know more. Thanks

Toking abt dogs.. i used to have 3 cockers.. but after my babies came in.. i have no choice but to let 1 go, as she is too tempermental (very defensive against other, only close to us). 12 months into having my first boy, i gave another of my dog away as he attacked my son. It is real bad (but luckily all wounds recovered). Now i only left one cocker and so far things has been well.

I am in such situation twice.. once is my own situation (which i m going through now as a seller, requesting to stay after selling) and the other as a middle man asking my sis to sell to my fren. 1st Situation. My sis agree to sell the place to my fren and lower abit the COV if my fren agree to let her stay on for a month after the completion. My fren and his wife agree and therefore the sales went on. BUT, during the end of the 2nd appointment, things got ugly, as mt fren wife think that they SHOULD be collecting rental, since they are the rightful owner. WTF, if is because they had agree to the terms and my sis sold to them. Anway, it wasnt a pleasant deal, and this incident sour the relationship between me n my fren. 2nd Situation. Now i am selling my place and i requested my buyer to allow me to stay for additional 2 weeks upon completion. They had agree, i hope they stick to their words and dun come out with funny rental ideas. I am still thinking of servicing the aircon for them before i leave the house.
  19. Hi there, how does the noticification of 2nd appt letter look like? Is it a letter telling that the sales has been approved in principle and the estimate date of completion to be on xx/xx/xxx?

  21. Great Yes, we do have a cocker. We used to have 3, but after our kids come along..we have no choice but to gave 2 away... So now only left 1 cocker.

  23. 435, dun need reno and can move in is really a steal! The condition must be quite ok since i see that you are also renting out the rooms. I will be burning my pockets for the reno Ya, we love neighbours, in fact the thing i will miss most is my existing neightbours when we moved. Can come over play MJ, if u are interested..hehehe
