No additional cost for me. I rewired the whole house so i provide him the wire and wall plug he just do it for me.

I am also using MIO wireless and the signal also seem good for the room above. But during my reno, i also got my contractor to run data point for all my rooms. So even if the wireless went down, i still have data point in my rooms.

Nice but dangerous for those with old folks, kids and pets. Can be dangerous too when u happen to be preggy or not feeling well, on medication etc....

Lucky for me, my office is in Raffles Place (too expensive to drive) so i normally left car at home and took MRT (across the road) to work. I dun buy season at office as i travel quite often.

Clementi side is a nice place. Near to expressway and mins drive to JE/IMM/Clementi central. I am also staying at low floor with tress infront n back. And i was also surprise by the strong wind that came in!

I would say let it be dog owner, cat owner or any other pets owner. We would have to refrain our pets from causing inconvenient to the neighbours such as loud barking in the middle of the nights, constant barking through out the day, or the cat pool every where, bird shxt all over the place, etc. I think as an mature adult, we should be able to gauge on that and exercise control on the pets we own. But then again, pets is not the only things that involve tolerance level. We have neighbours who play music late at night, kids jumping and playing marbles at nights, neighbours who talk at the top of their voice along the corridors. The point here is that regardless it involves pet or not, we have to be considerate toward others and also be tolerance towards others. Today is Racial Harmony Day? Heheh.. Else she normally wont be barking, even if she does, it will be a single bark now and then. Not those long constant barking. I have been polite in our conversation. But you have been rude and using unnecessary remark. What is your problem? Dog's barking is a issue if it is not under control and of course it is every owner responsibilities to pick up the poo. From the way you reply to the posting, you are telling me that you are someone that jump into conclusion without understandig the situation. You cant even tolerate a single bark from dog. You have no respect for animal at all. You like to make unnecessary personal attack which mean you cant get into a normal discussion or forum conversation.

I had stayed in my previous flat for 8 years with my dog n no complaint. Moved in to this plc for 3 weeks and ppl complaint. So does that mean the ppl here has got an issue? You tell me.

To be fair, my dog is really not that noisy. Anyway we will be buying some cakes for the neighbours as we think the renovation must have irritate them as well. Sigh... We also trying to be good neighbours... There is no comparing done here. It is another example. I do not think you are an pet owner. So wont explain much here.

My dog doesnt bark 24hr a day. Only when stranger stand n loiter outside my house. U mean that is a issue? Of course i am also irritate by ppl whose dog poo n they dont pick it up, such are inconsiderate behavour. Beside my dog, i have a 3 months old baby. If my baby cries irritate my neighbours should i give up my boy?
