Thanks w7_lee ! One of the contractors I asked (through Whatsapp) said I can DIY using waterproof silicone (if there's such a thing). Do you agree with that suggestion ?

Hi My bathroom sink got detached due to too much loading. Luckily there are brackets which prevented it from falling to the floor. Any recommendation on who to engage to fix this, and and idea of how much it would cost ? If I want to DIY, any suggestion on how? I found this video but I wonder how to keep the sink in place for my situation while the silicone cures. Thanks! Photo of bracket captured from below the sink :

If i were him... don't know how to answer that. The value of 20 mins of my time & skill is different from my boss's, or my neighbor's. I'm not a handyman, that's why i'm "researching" on the market price for such service Judging from your post, i suppose you believe $45 = fair. Thanks bro!

Thanks man. Unfortunately i don't have the tools, so had to rely on the guy. So probably $45 for the service alone. Is that considered pricey?

My old (HDB provided) Potex toilet recently started leaking. Usually, the tank refill should stop once it's full. But it doesn't --> waste water. So i had a guy replace the insides of it (the flushing mechanism inside the tank). He charged $125 for the parts and service charge. Do you think it's a reasonable price? If it is not, i'll go to a different guy next time.

I'm thinking of getting a system-2 MHI Inverter aircon. Outdoor unit: SCM60ZG Indoor units: SKM28ZG x 2 --> 9000 BTUs each Room size around 12 sqm each. a) I read comments that this Inverter system takes longer time to cool the room compared to most non-Inverter systems. I this true? b) The sound power level of 54 db(A) is a bit higher than some other systems. Is it noticeable noisy? If you're a user, do you mind commenting on these? Thanks!
