I bought my Mahattan black glass table from Cellini 2 years ago. You can see it in their website too.. I bought the dining chairs from neighbourhood shop, bcos it is cheaper at $80 each.

hi, try Evov Living. Their marble table cost less than $2K.. Last time I went, they are having promotion at around $1.4k only http://www.evovliving.com/ You can also try Objet... their prices also very competitive for designer furniture... http://www.objet.sg/home.htm I think all the furnitures in these 2 shops uses stainless steel leg, not chrome.. I fall in love with the marble table when I saw it in evov... too bad I had already bought a black glass dining table...

Just ordered the the LG TROMM for $930... deliver next week
-
Baiscally I think most coomon brand are abt the same.. eg Crestar, KDK, Elmark, Franco etc.. Just take note of the motor power and choose the design you want. After few years of use, you can anytime change to a newer one as they dun cost that much. You can find many fans selling in most lighting shops, just go to Balestier to shop lor.

all these things will be included in the air-con installation, u dun have to worry abt them.

(eg hotel, garden, zoo, resturant etc..) 2.) Look for JP/solemniser to book him for the date 3.) Within 3 months before ROM date , register online on ROM website (deadline end 3 weeks before) 4.) Meet up with JP to sign consent form, finalise vows etc 5.) Go personally to ROM center 3 days before ROM date to submit forms, verify documents. 6.) Finally is the ROM day...

Necessary To Have Exposed Electrical Trunking For L-box?
cookie replied to redbottle's topic in Electronics & Electricals
yup this is normal. Unless you asked for concealed wiring which will cost u a lot extra. -
U should understand whether the aircon btu is enough for your living room. Cos in order to cool down a 5 room living area, u need a bigger fancoil with bigger btu of 1.8k to 2.5k btu. From the price of $2700 for sys 4, I believe only 4x9k btu fancoil, which only suitable for 4 normal bedroom. Carrefour, same as other megastore such as HN, Best, they subcon out the installation to external installer. But I believe they should be ok.

Hi, goodrich open on Sat and Sun too, I think until 6pm. Just bought some wallpaper from them but have not collected. How is range and pricing for Sunrindesign? Saw their website selling many things too. Interested in getting a rug.

ya, I also warn those that ppl when I recommend Eric, he is super forgetful. But I believe it is due to he is too busy becos he charge very cheap, that is the price to pay for. When he start your work, then should be ok liao cos his workers will take over and they are very good. Just remember if u make every appointment with him, fix the date and call him the night b4 the appointment to remind him.
-
How does he react?? I remember his reciept seems like have a registration number, but did not really go and check. Try ask his company registration number and check on BIZFILE website to see if still valid But I think he is honest, cos I only pay up after he completed certain stages of the works..
-
I also used Eric during my hse reno last year, no regret! He is very forgetful but nice guy, his workers are good and most important, his price is best in town
-
David Loh retired more than a year ago. Look for others...
-
If minimum touch up, I think easy wash is the better choice. My hse only 1 year plus, mould keep coming out only at that certain area of my hse, even I repainted it several times myself. I think they used ICI Maltex...

Just got a flyer saying that there are $100 discount off their Nippon package. There are 2 packages in the Nippon, more expensive one u can choose the premium paint. Standard Package for 3 room = $900-$100 = $800 Supreme Package for 3 room = $1000-$100 = $900 The price is very reasonable I would say. Do check if they paint at least 2 coat. Actually easy wash is good. But the main drawback is there will be uneven tone patches if u touch up small area after a few days. This is because the easy wash paint contain oil. The only way is to repaint the whole area. The paint that most contractor used not vey good... cos my house some area already have fungus
-
I have good experience with them too. Bought a wardrobe and study table at seperate time from them and they are very punctual. Moreover free delivery with min $100 only.. very convenient
-

-

Toshiba Inverter Sys 3 Best Price !
cookie replied to audreymarilyn's topic in Electronics & Electricals
Nope not true, the gas used not determined by brand. Most brand Inverter using R410A and non-Inverter using R22 R22 --> Use in most non-inverter system. Going to phase out in few years time. Harmful to Ozone Now gas refill cheaper but maybe more expensive later R410A --> Newer gas, used in Inverter system and some new Non-inverter sys. Gas refill more expensive, gas price expect to drop when it get more n more common. Ozone friendly (Save the earth!)
