Hi, does anyone know what is the type/name of the tap that causes water to come out like 'bubbles' ?

Heard that some of the workers like to do that, probably too lazy to dump it properly .... any advice on how to prevent that? Worry that it might clog the drain later on.... thanks!

I think HDB has hired more temp staff to rectify this long queue, it was on Straight Times this week, maybe you can check with your agent again if there is any changes.

The floor plan is almost the same as my sis place, also a Tampines EA. Except the location of the main door and store room is the opposite, otherwise everything is the same!

Make sure you have 2 copies of your IC, Valuation and Letter of Offer ... well, I am taking bank loan so I need 2 copies of these docs maybe 1 copy is enough if take HDB loan .... but no harm just to bring extra copies. .... and for bank loan bring a copy of your CPF transactions for the lawyer to verify the monthly amount that can be deducted from your CPF. For the remaining payment, you can write the check to your lawyer dated 1 week before your 2nd appt. The amount should be the remaining of your COV plus the 5% for cash. Since not using HDB laywer, no need to go down on 2nd appt, lawyer will act on your behalf.

I believe the hollowness of laminate floor depends on the size of the laminated room. In my current house, all the bedrooms are laminated (Supreme) and only the big master bedroom (2 room2 become 1) has the hollow feeling whereas the other rooms feel quite solid.

if the cabinet condition is good, change the cabinet doors and countertop. That's what my friend did for his resale flat, budget makeover. I am planning to do that with mine.
