Ventilation Exhaust Fan Installation For Toilet ?
wtc replied to tientien's topic in Plumbing & Electrical Works
You can check the permit approval online in HDB website. BTW, the ventilation fan that's approve by HDB is the square one, not the round one (at least in my permit) .... though lots of people seems to install the round one. -
Bought a spray cleaner from Isetan Scotts supermarket, suppose to be for laminate, veneer, etc. But haven't used it yet so don't know if it's good.
-
Yeah, did this in my current house. The laminate company will trim the door.

Need Advice For False Ceiling And L-box
wtc replied to RyanX's topic in Ceiling, Walls and Flooring Works
I got quote of 750 for installing L-box in 2 bedrooms, is it considered expensive? -
Thanks! I guess with the HDB box (not hidden wiring), it won't make much difference to use clipsal or not ???
-
Saw lots of postings that mentioned Clipsal switches but I am still clueless about it. It seems to be much more expensive. What is the different with other switches?

Need help!!! I am not overhauling my new flat, the major reno are the toilet, wardrobe, laminate floor and AC. Since I don't have ID to manage my reno, I need to schedule everything myself. I was thinking I should schedule like this: 1. Toilet 2. Painting 3. Laminate floor 4. Closet/wardrobe So, wondering where do I put AC? During Toilet? After the flooring, before or during

Halo, just wander if anyone use the storage from Howell-United storage before in the store room? Also anyone try their Library Shelvings? http://www.howellunited.com.sg/retailshopdisplay_5.htm
-
That's why I chose the flat I bought, the storeroom is not in the way because the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are not in the same side of the house. There was another unit that I was interested in but was warned by the selling agent that the storeroom could not be hacked because it's Prefab.

Recently get another quote from Floor Option, for Practiq range is 6.21/sf ... cheaper.

Has anyone uses this material as kitchen top/vanity top? Is it expensive?
