My contractor only use 1 IN and 1 OUT only. I notice got 3 outlet but I think the other 1 is for pressure release ( safety feature ). -

A lot of places selling in the range of 240 - 265. Mine is lump with my hob, hood, sink , bath accesories, faucets and etc so I got y 35L for the price of 25L. Storage heater confirm have to wait. Anyway I did not bother to calculate what's the waiting time since I've decided on using storage heater. -

I'm using Joven 35L the latest design with energy saving ( dunno how true ). Anyway got lots of brand for you to choose from ( Ariston and etc ). I heard from people that Joven is the more on producing storage heater only and quite an old brand, that's why I've decided to go with this brand. So far very satisfied with it. -
Your premium 4rm flat sure have premium price list .

Don't stress too much, which ever place you think that you don't want them touch just tell them. Ask them to propose, if you're happy with the proposal, then only ask them to do, not happy ask them to propose again. Anyway you've got around 15meters to play around before they start to charge additional cable run.

Don't worry about that, they'll advise you accordingly. I told them that i don't let them touch my false ceiling and ask them to propose another way. Their trunking is less than a foot long because use my existing trunking and size around 20cmx20cm max.

A piece of advise, don't just anyhow sign just because of the freebies and low price and later. Compare apple to apple among all your quotes and best if they take you to 1 of their sites to judge the work quality yourself and not acording to what your ID's or contractor say. -
Please Help To See If This Is A Resonable Quote From Contractor

Very reasonable quotation, some things are cheap and some are not. Very reasonable for a 5rm, please bear in mind that good things never come cheap, have you seen their workmanship? -
She give me the rates according to the materials used.

I did my curtains for my 4rm for $800+ all windows. At first decided to go with roller blinds but come to think of it, I'll be stuck with the same thing for at least 3-5years. So decided to go with curtains at least can go JB and make a few more sets with other material / design. But still up to personal preference on selecting either blinds or curtains.

Agreed with Zhiz, the plastering and painting is super ex. Another thing is master and common toilet HOMO tiles need 7.6K ?? If i remember correctly my living, dining and 3rooms HOMO tiles is ard 6K (600mmx600mm). Rubbish chute outside contractor charge 150 to 200. BUT your false ceiling @ living and dining is super cheap @ 380 Just my 2cent opinion.

I think it's better to ask the contractor if they can retain for you, and depends on your new layout and design if those items retain are to be reused.
