Sure no problem, but have to take into consideration how much things to hack off and it's better to bring your contractor to have a look at your place 1st before asking him to quote you. My quote for hacking quite high due to ex-owner left back a lot of wall cabinets and i want to remove every single item.

I intend to use stainless steel coz easy to maintain. Cannot see any dust plus easy to wipe off oil stain.

My humble opinion : Window gate and grill item 1,2 and 3 a bit ex. I think i saw 1 flyer package for 4rm windows and grills $1888 ( yet to call up and ask, due to my contractor giving me same price when I show him the flyer ) . Then the carpentry works cost a lot $$$$.

I have tried wireless, very often low signal, that's why decided to go ahead with LAN. Cat6 can support the new 1G broadband from the new company forget wats their name, who is currently laying fibre optic cables all around singapore.

That i forget to ask. As i know from what he told me, most of his projects are from landed property's. I've been to 1 of the landed renovation sites for work purpose and I can tell you that the so called property Consultant will come and check on the reno progress and damm fussy. This cannot, that cannot kana few times from them then my boss decided not to take this kind of jobs anymore, but mine job scope is the security part. Don't know if they treat Main Con the same.

Waiting for bank to come back with the loan approval should be within this week. After that will be shopping for all the parts needed..

Bro, HDB only can do surface run, cannot conceal. If conceal next time sell, got problem. My LAN cables follow SCV point, so can use the SCV trunking and won't be so unsightly.

Didn't see the workmanship yet so cannot say the pricing very reasonable. later all because of LOW $$$ , workmanship cannot make it also no use.

WoW, yours consider cheap liao. Mine also old flat 108sqm, 4rm also complete overhaul, minus your walk in wardrobe,platform,child study table and cabinet , praying altar , raise up platform already cost me 27k not included whole hse rewiring. You've got the best deal, good ID and cheap reno.

Some place do offer intrest free instalment for credit card but have to go look carefully.
