YUP, thats what you need to punch in the cable and if you thought of buying it DON'T,can use a normal testpen to insert the wires. Follow instructions on the keystone label will do. Need any help let me know.

Did my own CAT6 termination on weekends. Checked and tested with cable tester, so far so good for a first timer. Borowed tools Faceplate bought at SLT Termination done by me. Finish :D

Confirm Joven. I'm was quoted 240 for 25L and 35L for 280 at some places. End up buying the 35L @ 240 at the place my contractor recomended.

So far so good due to most of the coordination I do myself. Workmanship for tiles seems OK but maybe it's still dirty and I can't seems to see clearly, need to do final inspection after cleaning. Woodworks I've no comments, cabinets have not come yet as of today. Appointment with HDB officer and Town Council on Monday, seems like the rubbish chute area is leaking, the Town Council sent their contractor on the very same day to inject the wall with sealant. My contractor will monitor for me the situation. Keep my fingers crossed. How's your network point plan? Need any help let me know.

I've just installed the solar film, for my 4rm, all windows except kitchen. I do agree with Batman it's the " x " amount of time and the amount paid( justified ). Even for cars they provide lifetime warranty but after 3-4years you can notice the colour starts to fade.

Less than 10 more days to dateline. Balance of : Doors Fittings Lightings Piping Hot and Cold Kitchen Cabinet And the most important thing is the leaking ceiling, have to wait till HDB techinical officer visit on Monday then only know the outcome.

But my water proofing cannot be till ceiling rite, my contractor only give me till 3ft above ground level. :unsure:

Today went over to see the progress and to my suprise upstairs neighbour kitchen side wall near water outlet got water mark.. Juz called my contractor, have to go down with him to discuss about the problem.

Need some advise on the above situation. Before reno did not notice due to white walls with white caramic tiles and furthermore it's boxed up by previous owner. Now that I've decided with the natural look, I've notice water seepage mark and worried about the cabinet that I'm going to install. :help: kitchen MBR also have but not too obvious. I'm using bank's reno loan and banks need HDB approve contractor before approving any loan.

Plastering works just started , quite stastified with the results. Much better to look at from the original state.

ADDITIONAL DEMOLITION & WET WORKS Erect half height wall with hollow blocks in kitchen for L shaped kitchen cabinets $150.00 This item can ask them to waive off should be able too. And then to save some cost if budget a bit tight change the doors to classic should be able to cut 40% off the price. Just 2cents opinion.
