Hi everyone, Been busy settling down in my new place and finally hv some time to look through Reno Blog tdy. And tdy i've some thing new to post it in here. A new roller blind for my access area, which is use to block the glaring sun in the morning and to prevent accident as some guests tend to knock in the glass panel...Ouch!!!

Hi, Nope. There's no cover for my balcony. And it is exposed to rain, but not to worry cos no matter how heavy the rain is, the most it will just wet up only 1/3 of my balcony area. Even if i left my cloths out there to dry, it wont get wet too.

Hi, Thanks. My MSR toilet is not very squeezy with walking allowance after putting a tub in there, but of cos we did some modify of the door entrance. As for cleaning, is not difficult for us cos most of the time the toilet is dry. But when washing, we just rinse it with water and leave it to dry.

I was told by my previous hse neighbour tat they hv been searching for ur area for almost a year but couldnt get one. Anyway, welcome to yishun and hope u will enjoy staying here! Cheers

Yes. This is my 2nd hse. Previously was staying at Woodlands. Nope, no kids yet. But it's good for you to reno the hse that is hazard free for ur kids, so u wont hv any worry tat the kids will bump in to this or tat. As for my hse, which i think there's lotsa of hazards. Cos i hv quite a few sharp edges on my carpentry. And i hv quite a few full Glass panels, that my little cousin didnt notice and got bump into it last Sat and fell. Which i think is really dargerous. But lucky the glass is not easily breakable but my poor little cousin got a knock on his head.

:D Black looks nice too. The first time when i saw this sofa was at IFC too, and i was totally in love with it and it's really comfortable. But i bout it fr their new Showroom @ Keppel rd after confirm tat's the ONE.

We hv the same cabinet lamination, same lighting, same staying at Yishun, AND guess wht!!??? i bet u didnt notice it in my t-blog, We have almost the same sofa with the back rest adjustable & seats can move forward, rite??? I saw it in ur photo; And this is mine (I hv mine customise to a longish 4 seater & the fabric is different) ; If i'm not wrong, U bout the sofa fr Funiture Club??? :D

Hi Honeygal, thanks. 1) It will get damaged if u really wet up the whole floor when washing. But if it's just mopping, it will be alrite. Since my kitchen is an open concept, i dun intend to cook alot so there wont be any washing at my kitchen. 2) Yes. Both the kitchen top & Bathroom vanity are all solid surface. 3) The kitchen sink is actually stainless steel and not black. Maybe the pic showed it a bit dark. I dun really knw exactly the name of the sink, but i always call it a "Industrial sink".
