Well, totally agree their price is really ok, but that is because the quality of the material they use and their workmanship is way way below standard. If you are not fussy about quality then maybe it is ok, but frankly, really regretted using them. I think my place will look better even if I buy everything from ikea rather than asking this group of people to touch my place.

Hi Takomi, Not scaring you. The ID handling my unit was very friendly too. But after we signed the contract, things changed and service went downhill from there onwards. Workmanship is not acceptable too. SOmeone mentioned above that one might get better quality stuff in those cheap furniture shops. Cant agree more to that. Let me know your experiences if you signed up with them. hehe.. Looking forward to hearing stories from you.

Hi I just got my hdb in the east renovated by Sq room ID too. Similar experience as described by pple above. Quality and workmanship is very bad and saying their service is bad is an understatement. I have paid up the bills and now when problem occurs, their foreman (i dont call them designers or sales, cos they aint) takes a few weeks to get back to me. Attitude was also very bad. Simply no service. When they eventually send workers down to repair, the standard was also not acceptable. I am not a competitor and it makes no difference to me if pple use their service or not. Just want to use this forum to voice my bad experiences with them. Good luck.
