Yes, after hacking of the tiles, depends whether you change the position of the original piping outlet and add on electrical point in yr toilet area, for example hair dryer point etc, if no, next will be cement screeding and plastering. As for electrical i think you referring to add on power and lighting point? Is entirely different from the tiling job. What they needs to do is to hack a groove line and then bury the wiring and plaster it. I suggest that for electrical point is better to add on and dont remove the existing point for conceal wiring. Timeline??? Err you got to expedite with yr contactors closely and depend on the amount of work needs to be done.

No worries bru. This is how i monitor their performance, conduct twice DAILY check on them of their progress. If problems occur in the afternoon by the workers, i will politely let them know that is wrong ask them to make changes immediately. Usually they oblige coz they knew that i m the owner. If nite time found the discrepancy after the workers has left home, immediately I will call the coordinator and inform them abt it. So that next morning before the workers starts work amendments can be done before it get worst. As for carpentry work, is kinda of difficult as it is made to measure and the design is more or less firm up. Once the reno almost completion, is better to jog it down on a pce of paper or yr phone for the defects along the way. Compile these data then after that again and again reminds them to rectify it before making the last payments. Hope this helps.

No need lawyer, once the owner agreed to sell u the hse. Get all the supporting documents to yr banker for offical loan approval. Once it has been approved which is most likely since u obtained the AIP from them. The bank will arrange a lawyer for you.
