    Get a unit there then Take some photos of the interior when it's done and post on RT. Though unique, but with 1,040 units, it's a bit too crowded for my liking

    Not sure if this is true but one of the lights shop guy in Balestier told me that cannot really compare with Geylang prices because Geylang has a lot of china stock whereas they mainly use Taiwan stock in Balestier, so quality is different and Geylang likely to be cheaper. I suppose you can probably ask them where their stock comes when you compare prices.

    Hi You can check out molecule at Marina Sq (now having moving out sale 20% discount storewide), they have some retro style clocks. Or you can also check out the brand "Ümbra" at Takashimaya, at B1 level. They have some interesting looking retro style clocks and table fans. Hope this helps.

    I doubt prices will come down significantly. Already saw some agents advertising that for The Interlace @ Gillman Heights, 2 bedroom unit estimated price is $800k+ for a 800+ sq ft unit, i.e $900+ psf. But more likely I think the developer may price it near to what WingTai's Ascentia Sky is selling at (> $1200 psf).... cos also in that same district 03

    Yes I saw Objet selling them previously before they closed their Peminpin showroom. You can give them a call to see if their other shop (Marxx Residence) is selling them. They have transferred many of their unsold items over and are also doing a moving out sale now at the Amoy Street showroom.

    The first hanging lamp i think you can try ordering online and ship to Singapore via VPost. I saw it and I like the white and green ones. Very nice but all my lights already installed liao so can only see and no buy. Very cheap also, only US$75!!! http://www.plushpod.com/products/Garland_Light-571-44.html The second lamp I saw it on sale at Objet. You can try to call their Amoy street shop to see if they still have it. There were several red ones at the Objet warehouse sale but they have since moved out before national day.
