Nightingale is manufactured by Cellini themselves and they started about 2 years ago. Cellini is a good company and worth trusting. Having said that the technology and research that goes into a Simmons, Sealy and Serta should not be ignored. Making a mattress that last 1 to 2 years is easy, making one that last 10 years is a totally different thing altogether.
