  3. hey people, i am ending the spree as i have found a supplier who can sell me the makita drill lower than the price i get direct from makita with 1 year warranty. thank you for your attention. And thanks to a forummer who got my attention that 165 was the price outside. even e-store and power-j are selling the price of 165. The cost is 160 with GST and 1 year warranty. Cheaper than most stores and me getting direct. for all those who have contacted me, i will give you all his contact. please make arrangements with him yourself. Those who want the shop and his contact, please pm me. He is also selling a MAKITA rotary drill at 190. so all of you can consider. thanks for the support and sorry to disappoint everyone cause i feel that the risk is too much to carry 11 drills. He is doing this as a sideline so he doesnt want me to put his number on the forum incase his boss sees. He will issue official receipt and stuff. So please contact him.

  11. haha. i bought the makita rotary drill at 230 last year. Comes with adapter and drill bits. The drill bits is the latest cobalt ones. the set cost 100 on its own. I got at a clearance sale. Now i think no more in production, they changed the model. 700W. I wanted to drill the walls in the bomb shelter so no choice had to be stronger. The 500w i had before kept jamming and like the bits would break as i drilled. so i upgraded. Sitting in a corner now. haha. for 10 holes, i spent a bomb. Now i looking to get a battery drill to fix my storage shelves
  12. Thanks people. i will get the exact model and the specification soon. the makita representative said that now no stock cause new shipment coming in. so he will call me once there is stock. i only said i wanted a 9.6v drill so i expect him to get me the quotes for all the 9.6 v drills there is. I dont think is strong enough for walls. I must ensure got demand then can get if not really no point. I checked out the price at some hardware shop. The guy said no stock also, but the price was $230 for the old model which is made in JAPAN. So he said he cant give me a price now. But he recommended some MAKTEC by makita one, made in CHINA said its $160 only. If the price the makita representative tells me is above $210 i feel can just call off this spree cause we can get cheaper at hardware stores. 16. that problem is actually due to moisture and the poor quality of paint. u need to use an oil nased sealer to paint then use the galazy. I had the same problem too cause the worker i employed went to paint on the plaster before it even dried, then when the paint dried, that thing happened. so dun worry, just buy an oil base sealer and ask him to paint first. let it dry for a day or 2, touch and make sure that there is no problem. then use the galazy again. sure no more problems. is definitely not heavy water stains, if not will have one botch one botch, like a bubble. is just wrong painting method.
  17. hey people, many of you have been asking me the price cause the offer seems to be over and the whole Singapore has risen price for nippon and ICI paints. Call or sms 98302318 for orders and you can email at power_lim@hotmail.com for quotes. thank you. eerm direct enquires to them. I am not an agent. 19. actually many furniture shops can cut timber. but will be quite expensive. that day i bought a new cupboard and wanted to add a piece of plywood to partition the cupboard. 1 feet by 3 feet. the guy said can, will cost me 40. thats the price of a whole piece of wood at the timber shop i frequent. geesh. I said never mind, you send to my place i will find my own plywood. the boss even said his is the cheapest in town. the whole cupboard cost me 180 only. imagine the wood is so expensive compared to it.
