Hi mylica, U can start to look out for contractors already.. what's your property? Resale flat or new flat? If it's resale, then u still need to spend time to choose new tiles.. Lightings etc.. And not to forget, if u are one of those indecisive guys, u may need to change/amend the drawings from your contractor for your house and time is consume in there as well..

Hi jc77, From what i understand, re-laminating the existing cabinet will cost almost the same as getting a new one. And most impt, if your existing cabinet's old laminate is peeling off, your new laminate will PEEL OFF too.. Cos they just paste over the old one mah.. Must consider this impt point.. HI bluegurl82, I think it is better to have ard 3-4 quotes before you really decide. As for the tiles that you mention, we do not really know the sqft for the area. And the material and quality for the tiles as well.. from china, malaysia for even italy? China products looks good nowadays, but still is well known for the low quality and price. I would prefer for Malaysia instead. cheap and long lasting, better than china products...
