ohh.. interesting topic! im in the midst of reno too. completing soon the things we checked 1. crack tiles (esp where they drill holes for piping) 2. the gap b/w the tiles. tilers are suposed to go over the gap with some kind of filler after they cement i think.. i spotted areas not done. esp corner or if there's a step, the step there sometimes tilers will miss out 3. painting.. edges, the top part of the door, area above the aircon unit erm... any more contributors??

amrasenelya, i think our houses will look similar... ur wall also grey i rem! mickey, my solid top is not totally black kind...gt "sparkels" one.. but i tink not much diff la.. will also scratch. hmmm.. already chosen black.. too late. guess hafta be more careful

another update... house is almost done with painting abit disappointed with the painting wrks and will tok to mr yeak soon... Living room with platform done. Cove lights not done cuz we haven fix it in... Couldnt take more picts cuz bedrooms, toilets and kitchen no lights My white and grey kitchen taken where there's ligtht in the dining area...

my reno is still in progress but it be done v soon. Left only carpentary Erm.. here is a sketch of the partition. We shifted the basin out to the vanity table (in green) If ur sis layout is e same as mine, then the toilet is v small. We placed a glass panel inside the toilet so no space for basin anymore. This is how it looks like from the doorway HTHs

the layout is same as mine yah? except balcony is different location. the mbr mebe can do like wad i did.. a partition since i cant combine 2 rooms..

We got the tap at 40+ i think. Cant rem.. but is a matching finish one..
