Not at all. We got our ideas from magazines, visiting showflats in condos, internet etc. Slowly filter what style we like and piece them together, match the right type of furnishings, colour schemes. We used photoshop to visualize, simple 3D software to roughly feel the effects. Lotsa effort, but every drop of sweat is worth it! Pai sei la, don't call me ou xiang. wait my contractor will laugh at me. haha

We do wish for piped in music, but no more budget. Now we only depend on a carrefour waterproof made in china radio. Thanks for the compliments!

no, does not incl furnishings. Basically, we conceptualize the ideas ourselves, flipping thru tons of mags. Then got a contractor to do the works for us. Quite a efficient and reliable guy. PM me if u need the contact.

yes, previous owner hack all the walls and put his bed in the living area.
