Aiyo . then i also kena la I bought y current flat on 01 sep 2005 . My first flat was from hdb , 3 room flat. current flat is the 2 nd flat . And nw going to buy a anew flat from HDB again , can some one help me with the calculation ? How much levy must i pay ?

Instead of helping me earn profits, she kept persuading us to sell our flat quickly & say becos our flat is too original so nobody wan to buy . Valuation say we can get $155k , but she told us to sell below valuation, and tell us to declare $155 k in otp.

can veify if my calculation , at the following correct example my area estimated valuation 380k 380k - 150k( outstanding mortgage loan) = 230k ( sale proceed) (new hse ) 230k - 90k ( cpf used ) = 140k ( shortfall for new hse ) 230k - 140k = 90k ( actual sale proceed after buying new flat) **** Can anyone correct me if wrong ? thanks

I was so excited , tat I hv oredi chosen the design for my future kitchen, & for my LR, I am thinking of using a starry theme ceiling , cos I love looking at the nite sky so much..
