  1. if not submit manually (be it personal or via an agent), got other way of submission? what? online?
  2. there r juz agents out there wanted to close a deal fast without much effort.... met a few during my unit search: 1) keep delaying saying the market will go down, better to view later. This agent is even my hubby colleague's wife. later found out that her co is doing those new condo sales more than resale. basket.... 2) bring us view for the 1st time but non interest us. asked her if there r any other, NO she said. i hv to choose one fm what i've viewed. crazy.... non is up to our requirements, expect us to buy. we actually contacted her via email a few mths later asking for her service but she totally never reply. such bad service. 3) contacted via a forum. keep smsing saying she got a unit for me. asked her to provide me details but never did. there was once she even reply my sms asking who am i! i was like.... she as an agent hv no idea what's going on even after so many sms??? give up... i juz reply her in a sarcastic way at the end met a great agent who never give up searching for us. found our unit via him.

OTP signed & waiting for 1st appointment. i do understand that being mean to the seller, they wld treat me the same. that's y i never say anything to them. am asking is bcos i saw a clause in the OTP mentioned abt seller is to make good the walls, etc if a fixture is removed (something like this). even if they don't patch it up, am still ok since it's easily done & i need to repaint the walls anyway. seller accupy the unit for only 2 yrs so the flooring is in great condition. if they do scratched the floor too much it wld promote "black lines" over times. this is what i'm worried of.
  4. The unit that I bought have lots of fixures which the seller is going to take down. By doing so, it will leave the screw holes, etc on the wall. Are the seller supposed to patch up the holes? What happen if the seller scratches the flooring too much while moving their furnitures?
  5. 1% comm after 1st appt?? my agent told me i need to pay only after i got my keys.
  6. i guess it can b changed so long as we give a valid reason. agent will always say cannot as that's the easiest way for them to make arrangement.
  7. saying it is easy, doing it is another story especially when we need to work at least 5 days a week, where got time unless u r not in a hurry to purchase one. am not in a hurry type & tried without an agent. i would say it's not easy especially when it comes to viewing arrangement. many doesn't even bother to entertain when knowing that i'm not an agent, unless happen that the ad is by the owner. sometimes i do felt that the 1% comm is too much to pay for but again, we saved a lot of time, etc with an agent.

  9. my agent says cannot choose date/time, it's given by HDB. i prefer Sat (bcos no need take annual leave ) but i got mine on a Fri, also next month.
